A detour will be put in place to facilitate the construction of the Anderson Road & Bow Bottom Trail Interchange. This detour is occurring in several stages affecting the northbound Deerfoot to Anderson Road and Bow Bottom Trail ramp.
Stage three will begin on October 4th, 2024weather permitting. This detour will offer an alternative route to access Bow Bottom Trail from Northbound Deerfoot Trail.

WHAT IS HAPPENING?
OVERNIGHT WORK The installation of barriers to outline the extended detour route will take place overnight to minimize inconvenience for commuters on October 4th, 2024, weather permitting.
DATE The detour will begin on October 4th, 2024, weather permitting, and will remain in place, in various configurations, for multiple construction seasons while work advances on the interchange.
TRAFFIC DETOUR
This long-duration detour will remain in place until the work on the interchange is finished.
Members of the public are advised to plan accordingly and anticipate for additional travel time during the detour.
