NOTICE

Until mid-April 2024, piling will be ongoing at the Glenmore Trail, Anderson Road / Bow Bottom Trail and Ivor Strong bridges. This is required for upcoming bridge construction in these areas.

WHAT IS HAPPENING?

Work is scheduled to take place during daytime hours.

Ongoing pinging sounds occurring in short bursts during working hours.

Additional impacts and lane closures are expected in the coming months to accommodate this work.

Please be mindful of and obey onsite signage and traffic accommodations. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to complete these complex, multi-year improvements.

Land Acknowledgement

Deerfoot Trail is located within Treaty 7, and within the historical Northwest Métis homeland. We respectfully acknowledge the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy, including the Siksika, Piikani and Kainai Nations; the Stoney-Nakoda, including the Chiniki, Bearspaw and Wesley Nations; and the Tsuut’ina Nation.
