SOUTHLAND DRIVE

Pre-production activities at the Southland Drive overpass for retaining wall anchor installation will begin the week of December 16th, 2024.

WHAT IS HAPPENING?

RETAINING WALLS PRE-PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES
The public can expect soil drilling, anchor installation, grouting, heating and hoarding activities during this time.

OVERNIGHT WORK
These activities will occur during nighttime hours from 8 pm to 6 am to mitigate impacts to the traveling public as the work requires a southbound right lane closure and shoulder closures for both southbound and northbound.

ANTICIPATED IMPACTS
Although best efforts will be made to minimize any disturbance, the public may notice increased noise from ongoing drilling activities and equipment moving, and they may also notice bright lights at night that will be required for the operation.

SPEED REDUCTION
Speed reductions will be in effect. For your safety, please obey onsite signage and posted speed limits. Motorists are advised to drive with caution.

TIMELINES
Anchor installation activities will start on the week of December 16th, 2024, and will last approximately five days.
