GLENMORE TRAIL
Starting on June 3, 2024, and continuing for the several weeks, there will be lane closures along Glenmore Trail between the Blackfoot and Deerfoot Trail interchanges due to construction activity associated with the Deerfoot Trail Improvements Project.
WHAT IS HAPPENING?
TRAFFIC PATTERN CHANGES ON GLENMORE TRAIL EASTBOUND
Nightly lane closures will be in place along Glenmore Trail eastbound and westbound at the Deerfoot Trail Interchange.
GLENMORE TRAIL ON-RAMP LANE CLOSURE
Nightly closure of the left lane along from Glenmore Trail to Deerfoot Trail northbound/ southbound for approximately two weeks.

Motorists can expect to see median removal activities in the area preliminary to the upcoming traffic pattern changes.
TIMELINES
Lane closure will come into effect on June 3.
SPEED REDUCTION
Advance signage and barricades will be installed to warn motorists of the lane closures.
There will be a speed reduction in place throughout the work area. Motorists are advised to follow posted speed limits and construction signage, and drive with caution.
Work will occur intermittently during nighttime hours (9 pm-5 am) to minimize traffic disruption
